(1) The construction works may be suspended for the delivery of oversized exhibits according to the arrival schedule. You can find out about the conditions and cost of extending the set up time in the service-centre>> of the pavilion

(2) Entry of cars into the unloading zone operations is paid. For more details, see the section Goods delivery>>

(3) The exhibits must be unpacked, the stands ready and cleaned, the aisles cleared. ATTENTION! It is prohibited to throw garbage into the aisles after the specified time. You can carry out the decoration work and equipment adjustment within the stand only until 19:45

(5) All exhibits and structures must be removed. Otherwise, the exhibitor bears further responsibility for their safety (or complete disposal of disposable structures).

(6) All building materials, structures and bulky waste must be removed from the territory of Crocus Expo exhibition center or disposed of in garbage containers at the expense of the exhibitor or its stand constructor.
