- Establishing direct contact with potential buyers – one-to-one discussions between solution providers and specific theatres have been arranged following specialised presentations;
- Identifying the audience’s real needs – the Q&A session has been revamped: moderators prepare relevant questions for suppliers in advance, based on the needs of the participating theatres.

- Getting to know each other – a technical tour of the exhibition stands on the first day of the forum.
