The forum is being held with the support of the State Academic Maly Theatre of Russia and the Union of Theatre Workers.

    The following are invited to attend:

    • Admission is free, but you must register separately for the event;
    • Registration will open in June 2026;
    • Registration is for professionals only;
    • Special terms apply regarding accommodation and travel expenses for representatives of theatres included on the list of subsidised cultural institutions under the state programme, which are planning to purchase equipment or carry out refurbishment work.

    • Presenting equipment to the target audience – 10-minute presentations have been introduced for audiences interested in specific equipment;
    • Establishing direct contact with potential buyers – one-to-one discussions between solution providers and specific theatres have been arranged following specialised presentations;
    • Identifying the audience’s real needs – the Q&A session has been revamped: moderators prepare relevant questions for suppliers in advance, based on the needs of the participating theatres.
